Why it matters
Customers who have to come back later often don't
Someone who asks a question and gets a good answer is often ready to book there and then. Asking them to call during office hours, or to go and find a booking page, is where many of those bookings leak away.
Booking inside the chat keeps the customer in the moment they decided. It also means you get their details first, so a booking is never just a name in a calendar.
How it connects
Two ways to take bookings
Use the booking page you already have
Paste your link from Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Square, Setmore, a Google Calendar booking page or any other tool. The chat shows a "Book a time" button when someone wants to book.
Or connect Google Calendar
The assistant checks when you're busy and offers four free one-hour slots within your opening hours over the next seven days.
The booking lands on your calendar
When a customer taps a time, it's checked again and written to your calendar with their name and what they need, and you get a booking alert.
What it does
Booking that doesn't double book or skip the details
Details before times
Times are only offered once the customer has given a name and a phone number or email, so every booking comes with a way to reach them.
No double bookings
Before writing a booking it checks your calendar again, and checks no one else has just taken the same slot in the chat.
Never for emergencies
Someone with an urgent problem is never sent to a calendar. Their details are taken and you're alerted instead.
Only your busy times
It asks Google when you're busy. It doesn't read your event titles, guests or notes to offer times.
Works with any booking tool
A booking link from any provider works. The assistant never types the link itself, so it can't get it wrong.
Confirmation and changes
Customers who give an email get a confirmation with a link to cancel or pick a new time, and you're told about every change.
Falls back gracefully
If your calendar can't be reached or you're fully booked, it says so and takes their details for a callback.

What it won't do
What bookings don't cover yet
Booking in the chat covers the moment of booking. The rest still runs through your own tools.
- Confirmations go by email only, to customers who gave an email. There's no text confirmation, calendar invite or reminder yet.
- Bookings made through your own booking link are confirmed by that tool, not by us.
- Only Google Calendar connects directly, one calendar per website. Outlook and Apple calendars work through a booking link.
- Slots are one hour, at least two hours ahead and within seven days. These aren't adjustable yet.
- It doesn't take deposits or payments.
Questions
AI appointment booking questions
Can AI book appointments?
Yes. Ours books from your website chat: it offers free times from your Google Calendar and writes the booking to your calendar, or hands customers your existing booking page.
How do you use AI to book appointments?
Add the assistant to your website, then either paste your booking link or connect Google Calendar in Settings. When a customer wants to book, the chat does the rest.
Does it work with my Google Calendar booking page?
Yes. Paste your Google Calendar booking page, or any other booking link, and the chat offers it when someone wants to book. Connect Google Calendar directly if you'd rather it offered times itself.
Is this a phone booking assistant?
No. It books from the chat on your website and your shareable chat page. It doesn't answer phone calls.
Can it see my calendar events?
To offer times it only asks Google when you're busy, and it adds new bookings. It doesn't read your event titles, guests or notes to do that. You can disconnect at any time.
Is there a free AI appointment booking bot?
Every account starts with a free trial and then a Free plan with 50 customer messages a month, and booking is included on every plan.
