The same three steps everywhere
Copy your code
Sign in, open your assistant's Widget page and copy the one line of code shown there. It starts with <script and ends with </script>.
Paste it before </body>
Add it to your site's footer or "custom code" area so it loads on every page. Your platform's guide below says exactly where.
Check it's live
Open your website in a new tab and look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. Your Widget page shows "Widget live" once it has been seen on your site.

Guides by CRM
Once your assistant is on your site, every lead it captures can go straight into your CRM. This needs no developer and nothing installed in your CRM account.
- HubSpotEvery lead your assistant captures can land in HubSpot as a contact the moment it is caught, next to the text and email alerts you already get.Read the guide →
- PipedrivePipedrive keeps the person and the opportunity as two separate things, so this takes two steps rather than one. It is still about fifteen minutes.Read the guide →
- SalesforceSalesforce has more required fields than the other two, so most of this guide is about making sure a real enquiry has something to put in them.Read the guide →
Can't edit your website?
Every assistant has its own chat page. Link to it from your website's menu, your Google Business Profile, social media or email signature. Or use "Email this to my web person" on your Widget page to send the code to whoever runs your site.
