What the service is
We read the public pages of a website you control and build an assistant that answers questions from what it found, captures enquiries, and sends them to you.
One assistant covers one business website. You may run the assistant as a widget on your site or as a hosted page we serve.
Your side
You confirm you are entitled to put an assistant on the website you give us, and that its content is yours to use.
You are responsible for what your assistant tells your customers, including any answers you write yourself, and for meeting the law that applies to your trade.
Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to attack the service or anybody else.
Accuracy
The assistant answers from your own website and your own corrections, and hands over what it cannot answer instead of guessing. It is still software, and it can be wrong.
Check what it says before you rely on it, and correct anything wrong from your dashboard.
Trial and payment
The trial is free and needs no card. It runs for 7 days or 200 customer messages, whichever comes first.
When a trial ends unpaid, your account moves to the Free plan, which has no end date. It answers a set number of customer messages in full each month; after that your assistant keeps answering from what it already knows and keeps capturing leads, on a reduced service, until the allowance starts again on the 1st of the month.
A free account whose assistant goes unused for 30 days, with no widget loading on its website and no customer chats, releases its claim on that website's address so the business that owns it can set it up. Everything it captured stays in your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next payment and does not refund the month or year already paid.
Each plan includes a number of customer messages a month. Reaching it moves your assistant to the reduced service until the allowance starts again on the 1st of the month, and adds no charge, unless you have switched on auto top-up. Auto top-up is an optional add-on for paid plans: when switched on, each time your assistant has used 95% of the month's messages, the pack of messages shown on the pricing page is added at the price shown there and charged to the payment method on your subscription, no more often than the monthly limit you set. We email you each time. You can switch it off at any time, and packs are not refunded or carried over to the next month.
Your data and ours
What your assistant learns from your website, and the leads it captures, are yours. You can export or delete them.
The software, the brand and the product itself remain ours.
The privacy policy explains what is stored and who it reaches.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from the page listing your assistants, which erases your businesses, conversations and leads.
We can suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and will say why.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never be wrong.
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
