Auto repair scheduling software that answers drivers and books from your website

Drivers check your website before they call: do you work on my car, what's your diagnostic fee, what warranty do you give. It answers from your own pages at any hour, takes the year, make and model with the problem in the driver's own words, and books the visit through your booking page or Google Calendar. It's a website assistant, not a replacement for the scheduler in your shop management system, and it never diagnoses or quotes a total.

Why it matters

Grinding brakes at 9:40pm

At 9:40pm a driver hears grinding from the brakes of a 2014 sedan and finds your shop's website. There's a phone number, and the shop is closed.

They book online with a chain that shows next-day slots. You never find out the job existed.

The average car on US roads is 12.8 years old, and a growing share of service visits goes to general repair shops. A website that can't say whether you work on their car, or take a booking after hours, hands the job to whoever's website can.

Example conversation

Soft brakes after closing time

What the driver sees, and what your assistant is doing at each step.
  1. My brakes are grinding and the pedal feels soft. How much is a brake job?

Brake trouble gets safety advice before anything else

  2. If the pedal feels soft or the brakes seem to be failing, please don't keep driving it; arrange a tow or roadside assistance. A brake job price depends on what the technician finds, and the shop gives you a written estimate after inspecting the car. What's the year, make and model?

No diagnosis and no total; asks for the vehicle before booking

  3. 2014 Honda Civic. Can you look at it tomorrow morning?
  4. Thanks. Our website says you can use the after-hours key drop if it's towed in tonight. What's your name and number, so the shop can call you first thing?

Uses the drop-off details on your site; approves no work

  5. Jordan Reyes, (555) 010-0163.

What customers ask

What drivers ask before they book

  • How much is an oil change?
  • What's your diagnostic fee, and is it credited to the repair?
  • Do you work on my make?
  • What warranty do you give on repairs?
  • Will getting serviced here void my factory warranty?
  • Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
  • Do you have a loaner car, a shuttle or a waiting room?
  • Can I drop my car off after hours?

It answers these from your own website, and hands over any it can't.

What it does

What it does for you

  • Answers what drivers ask first

The makes you service, your diagnostic fee, your repair warranty, loaners and drop-off hours, straight from your pages.

  • Puts safety ahead of the booking

Smoke or fire, failing brakes or overheating get safety advice first, then an urgent alert to you.

  • Takes what the service writer needs

Year, make and model, the problem in the driver's own words, a name and number, and when they want to come in.

  • Books the visit

Sends drivers to your booking page, or offers real free times from Google Calendar. Urgent problems are sent to you rather than booked.

Your tools

Works alongside your shop management system

It doesn't replace your shop management system, its scheduler or your estimates, and it doesn't connect to them directly. It sends each lead by text and email, can post it to a webhook that a tool such as Zapier or Make passes on, and sends drivers to the online booking page you already use.

Questions

Common questions

Does it replace my auto repair shop software?

No. It's a website assistant that answers drivers and books visits through your booking page or Google Calendar. Your shop management system still runs repair orders, estimates and your own schedule.

Can drivers schedule car repair online through it?

Yes. Once it has the year, make and model, it sends them to your online booking page or offers real free times from Google Calendar. Urgent problems such as failing brakes are sent to you instead of booked.

Will it quote repair prices?

Only prices your website posts, such as an oil change or a diagnostic fee. It never gives an estimate or a total, and says the shop provides a written estimate after inspecting the car. You can switch price quoting off entirely in your settings.

Will it tell a driver whether the car is safe to drive?

No. It never diagnoses. If a driver reports smoke or fire, it gives the US Fire Administration's advice and says to call 911. If the brakes seem to be failing or the car is overheating, it says not to keep driving and to arrange a tow.

What does it say when someone asks if an independent shop voids their warranty?

It gives the FTC's general guidance: a manufacturer generally can't void a warranty just because an independent shop did the work or aftermarket parts were used. It never says whether a particular claim will be covered.

What does it say about recalls?

It points drivers to nhtsa.gov/recalls to check by VIN and says open recalls are repaired free at a dealer. It never says a vehicle has no recalls.

Does it answer in Spanish?

Yes. It replies in the language the driver writes in, using the facts from your website.
